The return costs are your responsibility. The packages must be returned via the Colissimo service and to the prices in force at Colissimo. For parcels outside of France, please contact us in order to know the return costs.

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept products produced such as makeup and accessories having been out of their original packaging.

We recall that: the right of withdrawal has exceptions. For example, it is excluded for the "supply of goods made according to consumer or clearly personalized specifications" (article L. 221-28 of the consumer code).

The products must be returned to their original state, with their label and their packaging in new condition. Any damaged or stained product will be refused.
